Do you really deliver within 24 hours? Even on weekends?
Yes. We pick up, wash, dry, fold, and deliver within 24 hours — even on weekends. Only with large bedding orders (duvets, blankets) it can sometimes take 24-48 hours, but usually it’s just the next day.
Do I need to sort my laundry or prepare anything?
No. Throw everything in the bag — whites, colors, darks, doesn’t matter. We sort and wash according to care labels. If you have specific instructions (extra rinse, add white vinegar, avoid certain products), let us know via WhatsApp.
What if I have laundry every week? Do I get a discount?
Yes. Regular customers with weekly orders pay €5/kg — always, regardless of promotions. Send us a message and we’ll discuss what works for you.
How do I know how many kg my laundry is?
Don’t worry about it. We weigh at pickup and let you know immediately how much it is. If it’s less than 6kg, you can choose: we’ll still take it and charge for 6kg, or you can wait until you have more laundry.
How do I know my laundry is safe?
We handle every order personally. We follow care labels and your laundry is handled separately, never mixed with other orders. You have direct contact with us via WhatsApp — no call center or middlemen.

We deliver in Rotterdam, Capelle aan den IJssel, Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, Dordrecht, Ridderkerk, Barendrecht, Delft, Rijswijk, Spijkenisse, Hoogvliet, Zoetermeer and surrounding neighborhoods within approximately 20km of Rotterdam. Not sure if we come to you? Send us a message via WhatsApp.
Can I get a pickup today?
Usually yes. Send us a message via WhatsApp — if we can, we’ll schedule you the same day. Otherwise the next day. We always respond quickly.
Do you also do ironing?
No, at the moment we do not offer ironing service. We wash, dry, and fold your clothes neatly.
